Jim O'Reilly
Jim Mosley

Dave will publish an agenda by Wednesday preceeding the meeting
Don will be initiating a locally maintained Web-page

Agenda:
- Motorola and Inovys (and others) to do a sub-group for multisite. Approved. Tom will head this.

Dave - Proposal to focus on doing a specific set of components and functions without going too deep. We need to partition into components.

First pass list of components:
Flow block diagram (declarative)
Binning Maps
Multisite
Concurrency
TestMethods interface
Pass/Fail
Control Mechanism (such as by  test options)
Ernie's list (see http://www.ltx-tr.com/STIL/A/group4/index.html)
    Nesting/encapsulation
    Entry points
    Inheritance (C++ style, STIL style)
Test containment, & hierarchy (pre-, post-actions and arbiter, testflow, testblock, testflow node, binmap)
Variables - mathematical expressions and logical expressions
Actions (test/testflow-node related): Assign, Bin, execute (conditionally execute a test)

Jim Mosley:
for pre and post actions, have ability to use an equation (we may be able to leverage what is in the base standard)

Jim O'Reilly
I see the value in having multiple bin-maps, I see no reason for separating the pass-bin-maps from the fail-bin-maps. So this should be a future topic.

Dave
Test and Testblock Ids. (also decision nodes?)

Jim O'Reilly
C-like flow control constructs (looping, if) - are these special types of flownodes?

Jim Mosley
Decision points in a floew - we will need more than 2 exit ports

Next call's objective - how to get a working plan in place to go through each of these.

Jim O'Reilly
What about blocks such as Axis, Plot?- they go beyond what we want to deal with
We should look at the 1999 document in detail - especially Bin and Binmap blocks
